Remote first

Remote Work Stipend

How we rest

Unlimited Paid Time-Off

We value downtime to recharge and reset. At Consensys, everyone is entitled to unlimited vacation. For countries that do not have minimum vacation requirements, we encourage our employees to take a minimum of 3 weeks per year.

Productivity Zero Time-Off

Productivity Zero are optional rest & recharge days (not included in PTO). Our only guiding principle is not to email/slack colleagues so that everyone can feel the full benefit of coming back to an empty inbox. We also hold two extended Productivity Zero weeks twice a year!

Productivity Web3 Days

We hold monthly Productivity Web3 days, providing employees with allocated time to learn and find a comfort level with becoming a contributor in Web3.

Continuous learning

We provide growth and development opportunities through the Consensys Advance Program, including full access to Coursera & comprehensive learning modules and programs.

Productivity 10x Days

Productivity 10x are regular meeting-free days to be 10x more productive!

Women’s Mentorship Program

We believe in equitable opportunities and understand the technology field is male-dominated. We provide a six-month mentorship program bi-annually with the goal of empowering individuals identifying as female toward professional growth and success.
